Collaborated with a global team spanning three time zones to develop a strategic growth plan for X-Culture’s educational initiatives: the X-Culture Academy for teenagers, X-Culture Online Business Courses, and the X-Culture-Certified International Business Professional Platform. Conducted market research, competitor analysis, and designed program recommendations. Delivered a comprehensive report outlining strategies for launch, marketing, and long-term sustainability.
